A make-ahead, clean breakfast bursting with healthy Omega 3s, protein and good carbs to fuel a busy morning.

Berry Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt – 3 cups
  • Blueberries – 1 cup
  • Strawberries – 1/2 cup
  • Pure vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Walnuts, chopped – 1/2 cup
  • Wheat germ – 2 tbsp
  • Flax seeds, ground – 2 tbsp
  • Pure maple syrup – 2 tbsp
  • Pepper test – 2tsp

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla.
  2. In a parfait glass, layer some of the yogurt mixture, walnuts, wheat germ, flax seeds and berries. Repeat the layering process till all of the ingredients are used.
