Berry Breakfast Parfait
Ingredients
- Greek yogurt – 3 cups
- Blueberries – 1 cup
- Strawberries – 1/2 cup
- Pure vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Walnuts, chopped – 1/2 cup
- Wheat germ – 2 tbsp
- Flax seeds, ground – 2 tbsp
- Pure maple syrup – 2 tbsp
- Pepper test – 2tsp
Directions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla.
- In a parfait glass, layer some of the yogurt mixture, walnuts, wheat germ, flax seeds and berries. Repeat the layering process till all of the ingredients are used.
